When it comes to running to your full potential, one size definitely doesn't fit all.
The web is overrun with training plans. Some are bad, some are terrible, and some do the best job they can, but they all suffer from taking a general-purpose approach to training.
A variety of factors, such as age, training history, body-type and natural ability come in to play when determining the best schedule for any individual runner.
Our personalised training schedules are designed specifically for you to get the results you want.
All schedules are completely bespoke and created by a UK Athletics Running Coach following a consultation. Here's what you get:
- A comprehensive analysis of your needs and goals
- A detailed schedule, including cross-training, training paces and/or heart rate zones
- Accompanying notes explaining the training approach
- Tips on warming up, cooling down, flexibility and nutrition

Our 24-week schedule is offered as two 12-week blocks with a midway review. Following initial consultation a 12-week schedule is written. After 10 weeks your coach will contact you for a review of your progress and create the second 12-week schedule based on feedback and progression. This option is ideal for those with longer term goals and very popular with those who want marathon schedules.
We create and deliver you a monthly training schedule. A week before the end of each month we have a catch-up and review and then send you the following month's plan.

While the most-popular distances for which schedules are requested are 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathons, our coaches have experience in training athletes for all distances from 800 metres through to ultra marathons.
Or maybe you're not training for a specific distance or even for a race and just want to improve general fitness and wellbeing. The whole point of bespoke schedules is that they are designed to match your specific requirements, so nothing is out of the question. Get in touch and we'll find something to fit the bill.

We often provide training plans for those who are starting out and need some guidance and also for those who have tried generic marathon training schedules and feel they're getting nowhere.
Regardless of your ability, having an expert create a completely bespoke schedule is the key to getting the most out of your running training.
How It Works
You fill in an enquiry form and a coach will get in touch within 24 hours.
We'll send you questionnaire. It's quite detailed, but we need to make sure we've got all the information we need to create the perfect training schedule for you. Your coach will follow up with any extra questions.
Once we've got everything we need your coach will create your schedule and send it to you along with accompanying notes describing the sessions and general approach in detail. All necessary information such as paces/heart rate training zones will be included.
Unfortunately, this is the one thing we can't do for you! But with a customised plan you can go running with confidence and start smashing those PBs.
