
Running With a Newborn - 20th August 2019
Some new parents worry that a new baby will limit their opportunities to carry on training.
Leading up to the birth of my son I was determined that I wouldn't let fatherhood get in the way of my training regime. Here's what I've been up to for the last week:
Monday

5 minutes jogging on the spot at 2am praying that he won't wake up again.
Wednesday

Saturday
Get ready for parkrun but spend the next hour mopping up various bodily fluids.
Sunday
Put my Garmin on ebay and order a pizza.
