Launch Day - 1st October 2016
A very warm welcome to runbundle.com. It's been a long time in the making and we're very proud to get off the ground.
The idea behind the site is to provide a set of resources, information and entertainment for runners of all abilities.
We have tools, calculators, articles, stats, random facts, interviews, training sessions and advice, links and lots of other fun stuff.
You can take a look at our sitemap to get an idea of everything that's on the site.
The site's completely free for everybody. And everybody can register for free and get access to even more great features.
Expect regular updates to the site. We already have loads of tools and other features in development which we'll tell you about via our news page.
Here's a summary of some of our features:
Whether you want to know your age grading, equivalent race times, heart rate zones, VO2 max, or want to convert paces, calculate calories and BMI, or print out a pace band for your next marathon, we've got you covered. Check out all our running tools and calculators.
We've got guides to heart rate training, hill running, warming up, cooling down, stretching, and more. Check out all our running guides and articles.
Browse over 40 group and individual running and exercise sessions. All designed by running coaches and tried and tested in the field. Take a look at all our training sessions.
Our members pose questions to our panel of expert coaches. Our very first question is about shin pain.
We pick one of our favourite books and give it a little review. Expect only the finest quality publications to be featured. Our very first book review is The Anatomy of Stretching by Brad Walker.
We interview a range of people from the world of running. Expect interviews with athletes, coaches, running groups and organisations and experts in various disciplines. Our first interview is with middle distance coach Matt Kiernan.
We love a good old moan. We rant about running in the rain, wind, and heat; we rant about dogs and other animals; and we rant about ill-fitting-t-shirts. Take a look at all our running rants.
And of course there'll be plenty of blog posts on a variety of topics.
We hope you enjoy the time you spend on this site and come back again and again.
