Launch Day - 1st October 2016
A very warm welcome to runbundle.com. It's been a long time in the making and we're very proud to get off the ground.
The idea behind the site is to provide a set of resources, information and entertainment for runners of all abilities.
We have tools, calculators, articles, stats, random facts, interviews, training sessions and advice, links and lots of other fun stuff.
You can take a look at our sitemap to get an idea of everything that's on the site.
The site's completely free for everybody. And everybody can register for free and get access to even more great features.
Expect regular updates to the site. We already have loads of tools and other features in development which we'll tell you about via our news page.
Here's a summary of our regular features:
Start of every month
Each month we choose one of our members' questions to pose to our panel of expert coaches. Our very first question is about shin pain.
We pick one of our favourite books and give it a little review. Expect only the finest quality publications to be featured. Our very first book review is The Anatomy of Stretching by Brad Walker.
We interview a range of people from the world of running. Expect interviews with athletes, coaches, running groups and organisations and experts in various disciplines. This week we interviewed middle distance coach Matt Kiernan.
Our quizzes will test your running knowledge to its very core. Fret not if you're not clued up because the answers to each quiz can be found somewhere on the site and we also provide handy hints for those that are struggling.
We select one of our favourite running videos from the web and share it with you. Our very first highlight is the Sebastian Coe - Born to Run documentary from 1983. A fascinating insight into the middle-distance legend's training.
And of course there'll be (semi-)regular blog posts about a variety of topics. We hope you enjoy the time you spend on this site and come back again and again. Tell our friends and feel free to send us any comments or suggestions.
